Priscilla Graham, CEO
Priscilla is the founder and CEO of Graham Industrial and functions as our contracts manager and financial controller. Her professional background before her years as a business owner was in insurance.
She grew up in a family-owned insurance company and worked her way up through the ranks to become a licensed personal insurance agent.
Priscilla loves being a mom and grandma and works hard in her garden and greenhouse during the summer months.

Joe Rau, EH&S Manager
Joe joined the Graham Industrial Team in 2022 and works daily to create safe and healthy work conditions for our people while exercising concern for the environment.
Joe has a military background, and subsequent careers in law enforcement, and fire-fighting emergency response.
Joe is also a skilled carpenter and musician, and is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Douglas Graham, COO
Doug is the co-founder and COO of Graham Industrial and is closely involved in contract negotiation and day-to-day operations. He earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in 1999, and has worked in the construction industry for 40 years.
Doug is an AMPP Level III Coating Inspector, and has recently become an AMPP CIP Instructor.
Doug loves working on and flying airplanes, as well as enjoying the Alaska Outdoors during all four seasons. He is a family man and a grandfather.

Megan Graham, HR Mngr.
During a break from her Sport Horse Jumping career, she joined the “family business” and is still with us!
Since 2019 Megan has diligently managed the company’s employee benefits plan as well as it’s vendor relationships.
When not at work, Megan loves backcountry and downhill skiing, long-distance running, and camping with her golden retriever, Stewart.

Christian Mitchey, Sr. PM
Christian has been with Graham Industrial since our day of inception and has consistently risen through the operation ranks to his current position as Sr. PM.
Christian is an AMPP Level II Coating Inspector and is working on the prestigious AMPP “Protective Coatings Specialist” (PCS) certification.
He is husband to Maddy, and father to Kinsley and loves riding street bikes during the summer months.

Naomi Graham, Marketing
Dr. Naomi Graham’s primary career field is medicine, but she has also made room in her professional life to assist the family business as its marketing manager.
Naomi is a gifted musician, artist, communicator, and content creator. She works diligently to help Graham Industrial share and celebrate it’s effort to preserve, restore, and enhance infrastructure of many types.
In her limited spare time Naomi helps her husband lead a life group for their church, play music in a worship band, and train her dog, Ronin.
